Pastor Dave is a teacher with a shepherd’s heart. His passion is the outpouring of God’s Spirit in revival, signs and wonders. He believes an encounter with God is what every human being is longing for and that revival is the only hope for America. In 1983, while a homeless alcoholic deeply immersed in the drug culture, Pastor Dave had a radical encounter with Jesus which altered the course of his life. Soon after his conversion he enrolled in Teen Challenge, a Christ centered program for people with life controlling problems. Upon completing Teen Challenge’s discipleship program, Dave entered Bible School where he met his wife Kathy. Following Bible School, he returned to Teen Challenge of the Midlands where he worked for 14 years, discipling men and women with broken lives. In 2002 Dave resigned as Program Director to assume the lead role at Heartland. He and his wife Kathy are the proud parents of 6 children.  

Pastor Christopher surrendered to Jesus at the age of 14. Upon completing high school, Christopher entered YWAM in Lindale, Texas where he finished his DTS. Following his YWAM training Christopher worked for Teen Challenge for eleven years, where he met his wife Beth. During his final year with TC he was invited to lead worship for Heartland’s new Saturday night service. One year later he was offered the position of Worship Pastor. Christopher’s passion is bringing people into the presence of the Lord, whether through song, preaching or praying for hungry and hurting people. He writes many of the songs that have become so popular at Heartland. Christopher and Beth are the proud parents of three wonderful boys and one girl. 

Pastor Sean and his wife Carrie joined the Staff of Heartland in May of 2009. Sean leads Heartland’s student ministry, oversees the missions arm of the church and provides the day to day leadership over the Heartland School of Supernatural Ministry. Sean has a strong evangelistic calling through releasing signs and wonders in the market place. He specializes in equipping people to be brokers of the supernatural Kingdom of God at home and abroad, having ministered in over 15 nations of the world. He and Carrie youth pastored for over 8 years before joining the Heartland Leadership Team. They have two sons and one daughter.

Pastor Jon met Jesus in 1996 after running from God for several years. He and his wife Tara immediately joined a Church and started ministering to the teens. In 2001 Jon was invited to join the staff of Heartland as Pastor of Xstream, Heartland’s Student Ministries. Jon has a heart to see the next generation operate in the power of the Spirit. In 2006, both Jon and Pastor Dave felt the Lord’s leading to refocus Jon’s ministry to Children. Jon’s passion is to see Children experiencing God, learning the Word and ministering in the power of the Spirit through spiritual gifts. It is now a weekly occurrence for the children at Heartland to be used in healing and other spiritual gifts. Pastor Jon and Tara, true to their calling, have four children they are raising to live sold out lives for Jesus.
